A North Beach Ceiling Repair – the project

The ever sunny North Beach. We had Mark go quote & complete this Ceiling job as he lives just around the corner.

It’s an epic suburb to carry out a plaster glass Ceiling Repair. Why? Because these older suburbs generally have Plaster glass Ceilings and we love woking with these old school ceilings.

Ian reached out to us using the Quick Quote form a few days ago. Once we locked down a day and time, we cruised around to the Sorrento st property to scope out the work needed. Along with some general maintenance needed on the plaster glass ceiling, a few other repairs were needed.

Propped and strapped the following plaster glass ceiling

• Living room 28m2 – 5 x vents
• Kitchen 18m2 – 4 x vents 1 x small light hole, 1 x old exhaust fan to be re cut and framed, new section gyprock, taped and flushed into existing
• Bed 3 10m3 2 x vents
• Bed 2. 9m2 – 2 x vents
• Bed 1. 12m2iu – 4 x vents
• Laundry 5m2

Total 82m2Vents x 17

We completed this entire job for an extremely cost effective price. Slightly north of 4 figures and all within a few day of the initial contact.
