What we do
Internal walls framed, lined and sanded.
A stud wall or partition wall is a non-loadbearing internal wall. People put them in to divide a bedroom, add a proper home office, close off an open hallway or tidy up a renovation.
We frame them using the Rondo metal stud and track system, line both sides with Gyprock board, then set and sand the joints flat. Your painter gets a clean surface with no prep work left to do.

Rondo metal framing
We use Rondo stud and track for all our metal frame partition walls. It is the industry standard for good reason: straight, dimensionally consistent and takes Gyprock without problems. Right for any non-loadbearing internal wall.
Gyprock lining and set
Both sides lined with Gyprock, joints set and sanded flush. No raised ridges, no lumpy joins, no extra work left for your painter. We hand it back in a condition where they can get straight onto it.
Timber framing available
Some jobs suit timber, particularly when matching an existing frame or working in an older Perth home. Tell us what you are working with and we will point you toward the right option.
